The adventure

Explore the Fraser River through the Fraser Valley with a professional guide who adapts the day to your group, current conditions and the fisheries legally open.

The Fraser is British Columbia’s longest river, flowing from the Rockies through the Coast Mountains before widening across the Lower Mainland floodplain. Here, silt-coloured current, gravel bars, farmland and forested islands create a distinctly Fraser Valley setting—wild-feeling water within easy reach of Chilliwack.

White sturgeon are among the Fraser’s most remarkable residents, and they are handled as a conservation-first, catch-and-release fishery. When a salmon opportunity is legally open, the guide may shift species, location and technique to suit the run and the group; otherwise the charter focuses on the best responsible opportunity available that day. Beginners, families and experienced anglers are welcome.

Fishing is a wild, conditions-led experience. Target species, techniques, legal openings, retention opportunities, operating reach and route may change with weather, water, fishery notices and guide judgment. Guests must carry the licences and stamps required for the water and species being fished. Your guide may adjust, postpone or reschedule an outing when safety or conservation requires it. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are not included unless arranged. Government licence and surcharge costs are separate; optional deli lunch, licence administration, transportation and accommodation can be requested during booking.
